On November 8, between 10:19am PT and 11:02am PT, ShipEngine experienced increased error rates for rating requests.
This was caused by a bug in a release that unfortunately passed our automated and manual tests. We rolled back the offending release immediately upon notice, and have root-caused and patched the bug.
Our team is currently improving our tests and alerting configuration to shorten our response times for any future issues. We appreciate you, our customers, and will continue striving to improve our performance and stability.
