Alongside our regular release programme, we will also be carrying out a series of additional Peak Readiness Activities focused on strengthening the platform ahead of increased shipping volumes. These activities form part of our ongoing investment in ensuring our API is well prepared to support your operations throughout Peak and beyond.
What does this mean for you?
These activities are being carried out proactively as part of our Peak readiness programme and are not expected to impact your day-to-day use of Sapient.
The work has been carefully planned and scheduled during low-usage periods, enabling us to continue investing in the platform while maintaining the service levels our customers expect."
